OFFER and NEGOTIATION
With your agent you submit an offer and negotiate the best price including any necessary seller credits or repairs.
LOAN PROCESSING
My team collects any additional documents and contract details for the underwriter.
UNDERWRITING
The underwriter closely evaluate all the documentation in the loan application.
CLOSING
You meet with the title company to sign all your final documents and get the keys to your new home!
